Cross-Country to Wonderboom

Yesterday Commercial student Shukrat Shamsiev and PPL student Dillon v.d Merwe flew to Wonderboom and back with instructor Marco Barnard in a Piper Cherokee 235.

Shukrat flew to Wonderboom with the 235 and Dillon flew back to Ermelo. This was both students' first time flying with this type of aircraft and all went well.
Both students are looking forward to adding the Piper to their list of type ratings.

The whole trip was a fantastic educational opportunity and gave the students chance to work on their Navigational skills as well as their Radio Communication skills.
