THIS COURSE IS FOR:
-This course acts as the first step to anyone looking to   pursue a career as a pilot.
​
-This course is also for the recreational pilot. Anyone     who would like a pilot licence only to fly privately and for fun!
ABOUT THIS COURSE: 
With a PPL you can only fly during the day in VMC (Visible Meteorological Conditions) 
Once a student has completed his Private Pilot Licence, you will be able to fly for pleasure, for personal business, personal transportation and be permitted to carry passengers.
One can also  pursue one's career further, if so required, towards a Night Rating, Instrument Rating, Multi Engine rating and Commercial Pilot Licence.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Student needs to be 17 years or older to qualify for PPL, but can start training at the age of 16. There is no upper age limit, providing that you are medically fit.
  • Hold a valid Class 1 or Class 2 medical certificate. Our office will aid in facilitating this.
  • Completed a minimum of 45 flying hours, of which 25 hours will be Dual flight training and 15 hours Solo Flight Training.
  • Passed the Theoretical Knowledge Examinations.
  • English Proficiency Test
  • Passed the PPL skill test on completion of the above.
